What is E-voting?

E-voting is the special web site for voting at general meetings through the Internet.

Is E-voting a substitute for a hard-copy voting ballot?

E-voting via the special web site is a method additional to conventional voting methods that can be used at a meeting. E-voting via the web site is tantamount to such conventional methods, which means that a securities holder may choose either to complete and send a hard-copy voting ballot by mail, or to attend the meeting in person, or to exercise the right to vote using the E-voting service.

Is E-voting via the web site mandatory for all issuers?

No, this method is optional and must be provided for by the issuer's Charter. Issuers are recommended to offer this method to their shareholders in the issuers' Corporate Governance Codes.

How can I view the list of meetings eligible for using the E-voting service?

Information on general meetings at which it is possible to vote using the E-voting service will be available in the Meeting News section on the web site, as well as on an issuer's web site if this platform is used by the issuer.

Do I need to pay for voting through the E-voting service?

For securities holders, voting is free.

Registration Questions

How can I register in the E-voting system?

You can use your registration on the Common Government Services Portal of the Russian Federation. Other methods are also available.

How can I register on the Common Government Services Portal?

Detailed information regarding the registration process on the Common Government Services Portal is available in the Login and Registration section of the Portal.

I am a registered user of the Common Government Services Portal, but have not went through the identity verification process. Can I vote using the E-voting service?

No, to register in the E-voting service you need to have a verified account on the Common Government Services Portal.

E-voting Functionality Questions

Is a streaming video of a meeting always available?

Availability of a streaming video depends on the decision made by the issuer for each particular meeting, as well as on the meeting format. In particular, no direct streaming video will be available for meetings in the form of absentee voting.

Why some functions are available to me at some meetings and not available at other meetings?

Availability of certain functions to a securities holder depends on the issuer's decision. However, this does not concern the basic voting functions, such as registration at the meeting on the meeting date, access to the meeting materials available to securities holders at all meetings, and voting.

Voting Questions

Is the time period during which I can vote through the E-voting service different from the time period allowed for voting by the other methods?

No, there is no difference.

Can I vote through the E-voting service if I have already voted using any other method?

No, in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, a securities holder may vote through the web site only if he has not voted at the meeting using any other method.

Can I replace the E-voting ballot I have already submitted?

Unfortunately, this is not allowed by the current laws of the Russian Federation.

Can I watch the streaming video of the meeting if I have already voted at the meeting?

Yes, you can vote in advance and, on the meeting date, watch the streaming video of the meeting (if available).

Do I need to register to participate in the meeting if I want to vote on the meeting date?

Yes, to vote on the meeting date you need to register to participate in the meeting. Registration to participate in a meeting is also available through the E-voting service.
