FAQ
I am a representative of an organization. May I vote at a meeting through E-voting?
The E-voting service allows voting at a general meeting of shareholders not only to individuals, but also to representatives of organizations. You may vote in accordance with the E-voting Guidelines for Organizations’ Representatives or ask the registrar about the possibility to access the voting.
I have logged in into the service, but do not see the available meeting.

This is possible if you have not been found in the list of persons entitled to participate in the general meeting.

Possible reasons:

As of the record date, you did not hold securities eligible to vote at the general meeting.

Your ID details (name or identity document details) recorded in your Public Services Portal or Sber ID account do not match your details available in the list of persons entitled to participate in the general meeting.

If you are a client of a securities depository, it is possible that the securities depository has not yet provided information required for you to be included in the list of persons entitled to participate in the general meeting or have provided information that is not sufficient for your identification.

We recommend that you:

Check your ID details recorded in your Public Services Portal or Sber ID account.

To find out potential reasons, we recommend that you contact the registrar / securities depository, depending on the place of safekeeping of your securities.

Is the time period during which I can vote through the E-voting service different from the time period allowed for voting by the other methods?
No, there is no difference.
How may I sign the e-voting ballot?
You may sign the voting ballot by a simple digital signature. To do this, please enter the code sent to your mobile telephone number specified in your account profile. You may also sign the voting ballot by an encrypted certified or non-certified digital signature.
May I vote using the E-voting service if I have already voted using any other method?
We recommend using only one voting method. If the vote counting commission receives two different voting options for the same agenda item, your vote on this agenda item will be invalidated.
May I replace the E-voting ballot I have already submitted?
No, this is not allowed by the current laws of the Russian Federation. You may only make changes to your voting ballot before submitting it.
Why some functions are available to me at some meetings and not available at other meetings?
Availability of certain functions to a securities holder depends on the issuer's decision. However, this does not concern the basic voting functions, such as registration at the meeting on the meeting date, access to the meeting materials, and voting.
Is video streaming of a meeting always available?
Availability of video streaming depends on the decision taken by the issuer for each particular meeting, as well as on the meeting format. In particular, no direct video streaming will be available for meetings in the form of absentee voting.
May I watch video streaming of the meeting if I have already voted at the meeting?
Yes, you may vote in advance and, on the meeting date, watch video streaming of the meeting (if available).
Do I need to register to participate in the meeting if I want to vote on the meeting date?
Yes, to vote on the meeting date you need to register to participate in the meeting. Registration to participate in a meeting is also available through the E-voting service.
